Shipping Coverage


We offer shipping services to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, Guam). For tall floor lamps (over 6.5 feet), delivery is available to all physical addresses; PO box shipping is limited to USB night lights and small atmosphere lights.

Order Tracking & Delivery Updates


  • Small Lighting Products: After shipping, you will receive an email with a tracking number and direct link to the courier’s website to monitor delivery status in real time.
  • Floor Lamps & Large Atmosphere Lights: We will send a delivery confirmation email with tracking details and a reminder to inspect packaging for damage upon arrival. For customized items, we send production update emails (e.g., "Atmosphere Light Color Preset Customization Completed," "Floor Lamp Height Adjusted & Ready to Ship").
  • You can view your order status by logging into your account on our website. If tracking information is not updated for more than 5 business days, or if your package is marked as delivered but not received, contact our customer service team immediately for assistance.

Shipping Notes


  • Fragile Item Handling: All glass components (floor lamp shades, atmosphere light diffusers) are packed with thick foam padding and corrugated cardboard to prevent breakage during transit.
  • Package Inspection: Inspect the outer packaging for dents, tears, or water damage before signing for delivery. If the package is damaged, note it on the delivery receipt and take photos, then contact us within 24 hours to initiate a replacement.
  • Holiday Delays: During peak seasons (Halloween, Christmas, New Year), shipping may be delayed by 1–2 business days. We recommend placing orders early for holiday lighting needs.
